FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE THEORETICAL AND LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF DIGITALIZATION IN UZBEKISTAN
Abstract
This monograph examines the formation and development of the theoretical and legal foundations of digitalization in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It examines the history of state and legal regulation of the informatization sphere, key concepts in the field of information technology and their legal interpretation, the functions of the state in the new conditions of a digital society, and the specifics of the organizational and legal structure of the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It also explores international experience in institutional governance structures and models of legal support for digitalization. Particular attention is paid to the evolution and main trends of legal regulation of digitalization in Uzbekistan.
