1. The direction of the journal and a brief description of it
"State and Law" is a scientific and legal journal specializing in covering the results of fundamental, practical and innovative scientific research conducted in the fields of state, law and political and legal affairs.
The journal publishes scientific, theoretical and practical articles on the theory and history of state and law, the gradual development of national statehood and law, constitutional law, civil law, criminal law, international law, human rights, philosophy of law, ecology and agrarian law, as well as political science, history, philosophy, sociology and other interdisciplinary areas related to law.
The main goal of the journal is to promote the development of national jurisprudence, scientifically discuss current state-legal problems, disseminate the results of scientific research to the general public, and scientifically cover issues of improving national legislation and implementing international legal standards into the national legal system.

Within this area, scientific articles are published on the theoretical issues of the emergence, development, functions, legal system, law creation, law enforcement and legal relations.

This area publishes research on the historical formation and development of statehood and legal systems of Uzbekistan and foreign countries.
"History of Political and Legal Doctrines"
Research on the historical development of scientific and theoretical views on state, law, politics and society is published.
"Constitutional Law"
Publishes scientific articles on the constitutional system, the system of state power, parliamentarism, electoral law, local government, civil society, and constitutional rights and freedoms.
