Academician A.Kh. Saidov—Director of the National Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Human Rights and Chairman of the Coordinating Council for the Development of Legal Sciences in the Republic of Uzbekistan—and Professor M.T. Turgunov, Director of the Institute, participated in an outreach meeting of the said Council held at Bukhara University of Innovation. The meeting focused primarily on the substance and significance of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-21, dated February 16, 2024. A. Saidov and M. Turgunov delivered presentations on the day's agenda, addressing the country's development priorities through 2030 and the essence and importance of ongoing reforms. During this dialogue with the university's academic community, important recommendations were formulated regarding the assurance of the right to education in accordance with international standards and the enhancement of the quality of scientific research in this field. Such close cooperation between major scientific centers in the capital and a regional higher education institution served as an invaluable platform for young researchers and doctoral candidates to shape their research to meet international standards and to have their work validated within academic circles. Relevant scientific conclusions were drawn regarding pressing issues in legal studies based on the results of the meeting. New prospects were outlined for training legal professionals and further strengthening academic schools in Bukhara. April 17, 2026.
