In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree No. PF-4958 of February 16, 2017 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the further improvement of the post-university education system", the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. The following:

According to Appendix 2 of the Regulation on Post-Higher Education;

State samples of documents on post-secondary education - Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Science diplomas, as well as associate professor, senior researcher and professor certificates should be approved in accordance with Annexes 3-7.

2. The Higher Attestation Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with the relevant ministries and agencies, should ensure the acceptance and review of attestation works in accordance with the requirements confirmed by this decision from July 1, 2017, and the granting of Doctor of Philosophy and Doctor of Science degrees to applicants.
3. The Agency for Science and Technology of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Higher Attestation Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers together with the relevant ministries and agencies should harmonize the regulatory documents adopted by them with this decision within one month.
4. Amendments should be made in accordance with Appendix 8 to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 365 of December 28, 2012 "On measures to further improve the system of post-higher education and certification of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel" (SP of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2012, No. 12, Article 90).

5. The department of IT-technologies, telecommunications and innovative activity development issues of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be entrusted with monitoring the implementation of this decision.
