The first volume of a multi-volume study examines the experience of the countries of the world in the development of the constitutional and legal foundations for the protection of human dignity and economic human rights, good democratic government (“OoosOuerpapse”). Particular attention is paid to the study of modern trends in the development of constitutional law in the conditions of the formation of an information and digital society and changes in constitutional values.
The monograph also provides an analysis of the main documents of the UN, OSCE, EU and other international organizations relating to the subject of study, the current constitutions of the states of the world in order to identify trends in the development of modern international law and constitutional legislation. It includes excerpts from the current constitutions of the countries of the world relating to the issues under study.
