Administrative activities of internal affairs bodies regarding the prevention of child neglect and juvenile delinquency.
This monograph is dedicated to a comprehensive analysis of the activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding the prevention of child neglect and juvenile delinquency. The author examines pressing issues in law enforcement practice, identifies systemic shortcomings in current legislation, and proposes scientifically grounded ways to improve it. The study covers key aspects of the prevention system's operations, including the legal status of the entities involved in the prevention process, forms and methods of administrative intervention, interagency cooperation mechanisms, and issues related to staffing and specialist training. Based on this analysis, proposals aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the administrative activities of internal affairs bodies have been developed; these include measures such as improving the regulatory legal framework, digitizing prevention efforts, training a new generation of personnel, and implementing models for the early detection of deviant behavior.
