1. Participation in the implementation of the National Human Rights Strategy, aimed at ensuring the fulfillment of the international obligations of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of human rights; increasing the efficiency of mechanisms and procedures for the implementation of international standards in the field of human rights and freedoms in legislation and in the practical activities of state bodies, improving mechanisms for monitoring the observance of the rights and freedoms of citizens; creation of a system of measures aimed at ensuring the protection of human rights and freedoms; increasing literacy and legal awareness of the population in the field of human rights.
2. Within the framework of state programs of scientific activity, the Institute prepared and submitted 6 scientific and innovative grant projects for participation in the competition of the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
– Implementation of the practice of applying new administrative procedures in the activities of tax authorities;
– Creation of a new modern mechanism for international and national monitoring of the fulfillment of obligations arising from international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
– Systematization and codification of legal sources, streamlining the spheres of private law in the digital economy, identifying and harmonizing the spheres of their interaction;
– Study of the interaction of the state, law and religion in Uzbekistan and the formation of a modern legal framework for regulating relations related to religion, taking into account world experience;
– Strengthening the statehood and law of the Republic of Karakalpakstan;
– Creation of new organizational and legal, socio-philosophical, socio-political, economic, humanitarian and spiritual and educational foundations of a renewed civil society in Uzbekistan.
