The third volume of the multi-volume "Constitutional reforms: experience of world countries" is dedicated to the study of the advanced experience of developing the constitutional and legal foundations of the family institution, strengthening inter-ethnic harmony, ensuring gender equality, as well as the development of state policy on youth.

In order to determine the trends in the development of modern international law, human rights, comparative and constitutional law, as well as current legislation, the monograph provides an analysis of the main documents of the UN and other universal and regional organizations, in particular, the OSCE, the European Union, relevant to the subject of study, and current foreign constitutions.

This book will be of interest to the drafters of constitutions and laws, as well as those who write their commentaries, lawyers, legal scholars, researchers and those interested in constitutionalism and modern statecraft.

The monograph was prepared and published by the State Law Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the expense of subsidies from the public fund for the support of non-governmental non-profit organizations and other institutions of civil society under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan allocated to the Center for Sustainable Development.
